IA No.104279/2023- Application for deletion is allowed. The name of deceased Indra Wati wd/o Babu Ram-Appellant no. 1 in RFA No. 5784 of 2015 and respondent no. 1 in RFA No. 2182 of 2017 is deleted from the array of parties at the own risk and cost of the petitioners. Cause title be amended accordingly.

Considering the facts, any recovery to be made from the petitioners in pursuance to the impugned order with respect to compensation already paid, shall remain stayed.
