UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court of Madras. We refuse to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the concerned Court on Monday i.e. 10th April, 2017 and apply for grant of bail this may be considered expeditiously.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the petitioner to surrender before the appropriate Court on Monday i.e. 10.4.2017 and apply for bail. If any such application is filed, the concerned court shall decide the same expeditiously preferably within two days. It will be open to the petitioner to raise all such points which are available to him before the said court.
The special leave petition is disposed of accordingly.
