UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Further negotiations have taken place between the parties, after this Court's motion Bench order dated 20.08.2015. The appellant is now agreeable to sell the property in question to the respondent, for a consideration of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only).

Learned counsel for the respondent, having obtained instructions from the respondent acknowledges, that the respondent is ready and willing to purchase the property in question for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only), and that, he be given Digitally signed by Parveen Kumar Chawla Date: 2015.10.08 17:02:20 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

time up to 31.03.2016 to make the aforesaid deposit. Learned counsel for the respondent also undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) in the Registry of this Court, within two weeks from today, so as to show his bona fides.

In view of the above, the respondent is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh only) in the Registry of this Court, within two weeks from today. The balance amount towards the sale consideration be also deposited in the Registry of this Court by 31.03.2016.
