Fresh notice be issued to the sole respondent through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. Necessary steps to be taken. SLP(C) No.22827/2012

As per the order passed on 15.10.2012, the learned Advocate, Mr.Vivek Singh had appeared and submitted that vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of the sole respondent and sought time for filing counter affidavit. This Court was pleased to direct the Registry to verify and take necessary steps. It appears that thereafter, the learned Advocate, Mr.Vivek Singh has filed the photocopy of his vakalatnama, as the original was not traceable by the Registry. However, the report is silent about it.

Registry to submit a detailed report in this behalf by the next date. In the meanwhile, the learned Advocate, Mr.Vivek Singh has undertaken to file fresh vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit. In the interest of justice four weeks' time is granted for the same.
