It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copies of SLP so far. Hence, fresh show cause notice could not be issued to unserved respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

It is further submitted that A.D. card duly signed has been received back from respondent Nos. 1 & 2 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far.
