Among four respondents herein, service of respondent No.2 is complete but none has entered appearance.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on the remaining three respondents i.e., respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.

Among 12 respondents herein, service upon respondent No.10 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Fresh steps be taken to effect service on respondent Nos.1 to 9, 11 and 12.

Among 14 respondents herein, respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6 to 14 are not yet served. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service.
