Certificate of service has been received from High Court stating therein that Respondent Nos. 2, 53, 60, 74, 77, 78, 84, 87, 88, 93, 97 & 99 have been served but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that certificate of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 27, 34, 69, 73, 76, 83 has not been received so far.

Service of notice of lodgement of petition of appeal is not complete on Respondent Nos. 27, 34, 69, 73, 76, 83 so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
