-----
The matter has made some progress and according to learned counsel for the State they have finally identified 285 people. This is a position which is acceptable to certain number of people.
We would have been inclined to work out a scheme for these 285 people but learned counsel for the State submits that the State must know the final number as the working of the scheme would be dependent on the total number of persons who would be the beneficiaries under the scheme. It appears that some of the people are still seeking to dispute the position.
In view of the aforesaid contour of the controversy left, list on 24.08.2022 for disposal in admission matters.
Learned counsel for the State to file a short synopsis running into not more than 2 pages within 10 days from today. If any of the parties dispute the position, they may in turn file synopsis explaining the position within two days thereafter.
