It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has neither taken appropriate steps to provide fresh address in respect of Respondent Nos. 14, 34, 54, 57, 64 and 80 nor filed application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 73 so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Nidhi, Advocate has on 26.04.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 40, 43, 44, 45, 46, 49, 56, 61, 62, 65, 68, 69, 76, 79, 84, 96, 97, 100, 102.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 14, 34, 54, 57, 64 and 80.

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has neither filed fresh particulars of the Respondent Nos. 6 & 36 nor has taken fresh steps for service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal to them within the time granted by the Ld. Registrar.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 6 & 36.

C.A. Nos. 65886591 of 2014

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has neither filed fresh particulars of the Respondent Nos. 33, 46, 53, 64, 67, 72, 115, 126, 130, 131 and 134 nor has taken fresh steps for service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal to them within the time granted by the Ld. Registrar.
