Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the appellant to comply with the terms of the order dated 13.10.2015 of this Court in respect of Respondent Nos. 27,34, 69, 73, 76 and 83.

Await certificate of service in respect of unserved respondents.
The learned counsel for petitioner in C.A. Nos. 7965-7968/2014 is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
The other served respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.
