The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th August, 2013 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice to the respondent as the petitioner is willing to make an initial offer of Rs. 80,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty Lakhs), returnable in three weeks."

Thereafter the matter was listed before the ld. Registrar's Court on 22nd July, 2014 when the following order was passed:-

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents on 27th August, 2013, through registered A.D. M/s. Mahalakshmi Balaji & Co., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance in respect of respondent No. 1.

It is further submitted that in terms of Registrar Court's dated 17th April, 2014 service report from the concerned District Court has been received in respect of both the unserved respondents.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
