UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Ardhendumauli Kumar Prasad, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is fully willing and ready to cooperate with the investigation.

He further submits that at present the petitioner is in precarious condition as she is eight month pregnant and as such some protection may be provided to her.

Accordingly, let notice be issued to the respondent, returnable within six weeks.

Until further orders, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner provided the petitioner extends all co-operation in the investigation.
