The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th January, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice both on the special leave petition as also on the limitation.

Since most of the respondents appeared through their counsel on caveat, it would be proper to get the notice served upon the unrepresented respondents and the matter could be placed at the admission stage for final disposal.

We order accordingly. Put up after four weeks. "

And lastly, the matters abovementioned were listed before the Court of Registrar

on 22nd February, 2016, when the following Order was passed:

"Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in SLP(C) No.2395/2016 to file counter affidavit within two weeks. None appears for respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the said petition, despite due service. None appears for respondent Nos.1 to 4, 8 and 9 in SLP(C) No.2396/2016, despite due service. Respondent Nos.5 to 7 are duly represented in the said petition. Registry to process the matter for listing as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 18.1.2016."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are four respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents by registered A. D. post. M/s. Uday B. Dube, Amol B. Karande and Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 34 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are nine respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents by registered A. D. post. M/s. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Harsh Vardhan, Uday B. Dube and Amol B. Karande, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 14 & 89, 5, 6 and 7 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far.
