It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Ms. Anagha S. Desai, Advocate for the petitioner has filed an application for restoration of SLP which is barred by time by 40 days and counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration. The applications have been registered as Interlocutory application nos. 3 and 4.

It is further submitted that SLP paper books have been weeded out as per practice of the Registry and counsel for the petitioner has furnished fresh SLP paper books.
