Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitionerS.

alternate arrangement for shifting, we find it appropriate to

grant six months' time to the petitioners to vacate and deliver vacant possession subject to the arrears of rent being paid and an appropriate undertaking being filed in the Registry of this Court within three weeks.

With the above observation, the Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
