UNION OF INDIA & ORS. Respondent(s)

(FOR ADMISSION and I.R. )

CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HRISHIKESH ROY HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PANKAJ MITHAL

For Petitioner(s) Mr. Girish Ananthmurthy, Adv. Mrs. Vaijayanthi Girish, AOR

For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Girish Ananthmurthy, learned counsel draws attention of this Court to the order dated 01.07.2015 in O.A. No.139 of 2013 (Annexure P-13) CAT, Banglore. The said order indicates that the petitioner had admitted that he had been unauthorisedly absent for about 4½ years. Because of this admission, the inquiry in the disciplinary proceedings pertaining to the charge of unauthorised absence was not considered necessary.

Having regard to the above, we see no reason to entertain this Special Leave Petition and same is accordingly dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, stand closed. Digitally signed by Jayant Kumar Arora Date: 2023.07.22 13:14:44 IST Signature Not Verified
