(C) No. 1942 of 2007 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 47 days) (registered as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of the Impugned Order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 8136 of 2015 @ CC No. 4758 of 2016 arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently, Civil Appeal No. 3110 of 2016 has been registered. Copy of order dated 18.03.2016 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
