It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 09.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Review Petition No. 329/2015 in W.P.(C) No. 3816/2008 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 110 days)(registered as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing the certified copy of the impugned judgment/order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP © No. 11527/2016 @ CC No. 3867/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.04.2016 alongwith connected matter, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave, consequently the same has been registered as Civil Appeal No. 4386/2016. Copy of Order dated 18.04.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 09.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Review Petition No. 385/2015 in W.P. © No. 2741/2007.

The matter initially filed on 03.03.2016 is barred by time by 56 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 13.05.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 43 days. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed applications for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and order and permission to filing lengthy list of dates(unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file synopsis, list of dates and Annexures in chronological order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 13.05.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 563 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common order.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
