It is submitted that Ms. Lalitha Kaushik, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 02.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 31.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 288, 201, 231, 554, 755, 1117, 1203 and 15 of 2005 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition, exemption from filing Official Translation and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner no. 1 namely Daya Nand in RFA No. 288/2005, Petitioner no. 1 namely Raj Kumar in RFA No. 755/2005 and Petitioner no. 4 namely Raghubir Saran in RFA No. 1203/2005. The substitution application filed against petitioner nos. 1 in RFA No. 755/2005 is within time whereas there is a delay of 817 and 3432 days against the petitioner nos. 1 & 4 in RFA Nos. 288 and 1203/2005 respectively. Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 31.08.2015 in RFA No. 1203 and RFA Nos. 288, 201,231, 554, 755, 1117 and 15 of 2005 are barred by time by 53 and 65 days respectively and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC Nos. 24102481 of 2016 entitled Devinder Singh And Ors Etc Etc Versus State Of Haryana And Ors Etc Etc. arising out of common order is a 1N matter.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished copy of notification dated 12.05.1995 and award dated 24.04.1998 etc. In this regard, Counsel has given a letter date Nil.02.2016 (at page no. 232 of the Paper Books) stating therein that that the same are not needed to be filed. Counsel has also stated that the common award/order dated 30.09.2004 of the Ld. Additional District Judge, Jhajjar has been annexed with the SLP as Annexure P1 and inadvertently, the LAC No. 116/2001 of the petitioner has not been mentioned in the said award and requested to accept the same and list the matter at her own risk.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
