UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R TP(C) NO.1367/2012 Out of 26 respondents, respondent Nos. 1 to 4,6 to 10,13 to 18,20,21 and 23 to 26 are reported to be duly served through the concerned High Court but none appeared on their behalf. -2- Item No.18 Notices be re issued to respondent Nos. 5,11,12,19 on furnishing their fresh complete address within three weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. Right of respondent NO.22 to file counter affidavit has been already exhausted. TP(C) NO.1368/2012 Matter would fall under complete category. However, further necessary orders would be passed as and when other connected matters would become ready. TP(C) NO.1371/2012 Out of 7 respondents, service on respondent Nos. 3 to 7 is complete but none appeared on their behalf. Notices be re issued to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on furnishing their fresh complete address within three weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. TP(C) NO.1372/2012 Matter falls under complete category. However, further necessary orders would be passed as and when other connected matters would become ready. TP(C) NO.1373/2012 Out of 11 respondents, service on respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 6 and 8 to 11 is complete but none appeared on their behalf. Right of respondent No.16 to file counter affidavit has been already exhausted by the previous order. Office report on default in respect of respondent No.10 is to be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders/directions. TP(C) NO.1383/2012 Out of 10 respondents service on respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 7 to 10 is complete but none appeared on their behalf. Notices be re issued to respondent Nos. 4 to 6 on furnishing their fresh complete address within three weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. TP(C) NO.1384,1385,1386,1387,1388,1389 of 2012,129-134/2013 These batch of matters fall under complete category. However, further necessary orders would be passed as and when other connected matters would become ready. TP(C) NO.495-514, 542-551 of 2013 In this batch of petitions, certificate of service in respect of all the respondents is awaited. Fresh reminder be issued to the concerned High Court. Office report further indicates that the ld. Counsel, Mr Kush Chaturvedi has filed a defective vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in TP(C) no. 542-551/2013. Omission be rectified within three weeks and in the meanwhile, counter affidavit be filed on record. -4- Item no.18 TP(C) NO.515-536/2013 Out of 26 respondents, service on respondent Nos. 12,13,16,17 and 22 is complete and they are duly represented through the ld. Advocate, Mr Kush Chaturvedi. Four weeks time is granted as final chance for filing counter affidavit. Certificate of service in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 11,14,15, 18 to 21 and 23 to 26 is awaited. Fresh reminder be issued to the concerned High Court. TP(C) NO. 642-653/2013 Respondent Nos. 5,6,8 and 9 are granted four weeks time for filing the counter affidavit subject to service of complete set of pleadings within two weeks time of which necessary proof be filed on record and thereafter period of four weeks would start. Respondent nos. 11 and 13 are granted four weeks time as final chance for filing counter affidavit. Respondent no.7 has failed to file counter affidavit despite final chance granted on the last date. Service report in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 4,10,12,14,15 is awaited. List again on 22.4.2014.
