In these batch of transfer petitions, respondent No.1(common), except in TP(C) NO. 374/2013, is reported to be duly served through the concerned District Court but none appeared on his behalf. However, further necessary orders would be passed as and when connected matters would become ready.

Notice be re issued to respondent No.1 in TP(C) No. 374/2013 on furnishing his fresh complete address within three weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

Respondent No.2(common) is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
