The matter above-mentioned alongwith other connected matters was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 16th July, 2015, when the following order was passed in Civil Appeal No. 6498 of 2014 :-

"Civil Appeal No.6498/2014

The office report is that Ld.counsel for the respondent has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated in the order dated 16.08.2013 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. Viewed thus, the matter shall again be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

Subsequently, an application for Impleadment was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In-Chambers) on 8th October, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :-

"Nobody appears for the applicant nor a copy of the impleadment application has been served on the counsel for the Appellant. In that view of the matter, the application for impleadment is rejected."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are three respondents in the appeal above-mentioned. Respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 are represented through Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that Counsel for both the parties have not filed statement of case so far, under Order XIX Rule 32(2) SCR 2013.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court as " Pre Final Hearing Category" with this office report.
