"Issue notice returnable within four weeks. Mr. Shailesh Madiyal, on caveat, accepts notice for Respondent No.1. Till the next date of hearing, the Contempt Proceedings are held in abeyance."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on 27.04.2015 through Regd. A.D. post. Mr. Shailesh Madiyal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of Respondents and has not filed Counter Affidavit, so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 06.05.2015 filed an application for deletion(I. A. Nos. 912) of the name of petitioner No. 1 and the same has already been included in the paper books.
