It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petitions are filed by Mr. Som Raj Choudhury, Advocate on 19.10.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 18.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 6809, 1597, 6378, 6252, 6377, 8652, 6376, 6375, 9661 of 2014 (O & M) and 2558, 2639, 1604, 1601, 2179, 2274 & 1606 of 2015 (O & M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition and exemption from filing official translation.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an

application for substitution to bring on record the LRs. of deceased petitioner viz Sukhdei RFA No. 6375 of 2014 which is barred by time by 492 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 72, 70, 154, 79, 83 & 89 days in filing the SLPs (ii) a delay of 54 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 126, 124, 208, 133, 137 & 143 days in filing and refiling the SLPs.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with CC Nos.11991213 of 2017 Entitled Jagbir Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. ETC. ETC. as both are arising out of common Order.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
