It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner namely Jagdish in RFA No. 6814/2014 which is barred by time by 593 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application along with set aside abatement if any.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 89, 66, 147, 118, 39, 107, 71, 79 and 83 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 21 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 110, 87, 168, 139, 60, 128, 92, 100 and 104 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 24649/2016 Entitled Anita Versus State of Haryana and Ors. arising out of common order directed on 25.11.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 25.11.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
