Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.10.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to list the matter on 28.10.2016 along with SLP (C) No. 24649 of 2016. The said SLP is pending.(Copy of order dated 17.10.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.24649 of 2016 Entitled Anita Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.09.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to list the matter on 28.10.2016. The said SLP is pending. (Copy of order dated 05.09.2016 is enclosed

herewith).
