It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate on 05.08.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 18.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 7966, 7967, 7979, 7980, 7981, 7982, 7983, 8137, 8138, 8139, 8140, 8141, 8142, 8143, 8144 and 9062 of 2014 (O & M).

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 18.02.2016 was within time but there was a delay of 25 days in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar IB on 30.09.2016.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 24649 of 2016 Entitled Anita Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.09.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to list the matters on 28.10.2016. The said SLP is pending.(Copy of order dated 05.09.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
