It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate on 05.08.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 18.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 5574, 6810, 6811, 6813, 6815, 6817, 6823, 6826, 7217, 7837, 7838, 7839, 7930, 7931, 7932, 7933, 8928, 8929, 8973, 9054, 9681 and 9698 of 2014 (O & M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Appellant No. 4 in RFA No. 5574 of 2014 namely Lakhmi Chand, Appellant No. 3 in RFA No. 6826 of 2014 namely Sant Lal, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 7217 of 2014 namely Sabha Chand and Appellant No. 6 in RFA Nos. 7930 & 7931 of 2014 and Appellant No. 2 in RFA Nos.7932 & 7933

of 2014 namely Kaushi which are barred by time by 154, 645 and 172 days respectively and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application and with prayer for setting aside abatement.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 24649 of 2016 Entitled Anita Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common Order was directed by Hon'ble Court on 05.09.2016 to list the matter on 28.10.2016. (Copy of order dated 05.09.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
