It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Somraj Chaoudhary, Advocate on 17.10.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 18.2.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 1598/2015(O&M), 2281/2015(O&M), 2565/2015(O&M), 2563/2015(O&M), 2559/2015(O&M), 2277/2015(O&M), 2647/2015(O&M), 2646/2015(O&M), 2645/2015(O&M), 2269/2015(O&M), 2271/2015(O&M), 1596/2015(O&M), 1599/2015(O&M), 2278/2015(O&M) and 2562/2015(O&M) along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 77, 81, 152, 87, 84 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 31 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 108, 112, 183, 118, 115 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

No.580611/2017 Entitled Karambir and Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State of Haryana and Ors. arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.1.2017 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 13.1.2017 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.24649/2016 Entitled Anita Versus State of Haryana and Ors. arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.11.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 25.11.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
