In view of the aforesaid position, we are of the view that the respondents should be treated as served.

In view of the averments made therein, the present application is allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

The amount deposited in the Registry of this Court shall be refunded to the applicant(s)/appellant(s) along with interest accrued on the said amount, if any, by the Registry of this Court.
