The matter abovementioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on

18th November, 2016, when the following Order was passed:

**"**Despite last opportunity having been granted, respondent nos. 1 to 7 have not filed counter affidavit. As such further opportunity is declined.

Respondent nos. 8 to 11 to file counter affidavit within four weeks' time.

Last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for effecting service of notice on respondent no. 12 within two weeks' time and notice thereafter be issued. List again on 13.1.2017."

It is submitted for the information of the Court of Ld. Registrar that Counsel for Respondent Nos. 8 to 11 has filed the counter affidavits.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not taken fresh steps for effecting service on unserved Respondent No. 12 so far hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No.12.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this report.
