UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. In the present case, after hearing learned counsel for some time, we thought it appropriate that the State Government must produce the original record of the first investigation, thereafter the second investigation and the third investigation.

2. Brief note thereon be also produced. It be explained that when in the first and second report, cognizable offence is required to be made out, how in the third report, it has been changed.

3. Needful be done within three weeks.

4. List the matter on 04th February, 2025.
