" Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.6 for filing counter affidavit. Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.1 to 5, 7 and 8 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 14.4.2016."

It is submitted that no Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 6 so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner had taken fresh steps and accordingly show cause notice has been issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 15 and 78 on 09.03.2016. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 78 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 78.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
