The SLP (c ) No. 12263 of 2012 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on

9 th April, 2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Notice on the application for condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petition, returnable within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

Thereafter, SLP (c ) No. 27956 of 2012 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3rd December, 2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Exemption from filing O.T. is allowed. Issue notice.

Tag with SLP (C ) No. 12263 of 2012.

Learned counsel for petitioners is also permitted to serve SLP papers on the learned counsel for the respondents who have entered appearance."

Thereafter, SLP (c ) No. 12263 of 2012 was listed along with connected matter before the Hon'ble Court on 18th January, 2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Shri Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel states that the petitioner has already served notices of the S.L.P. on the learned counsel appearing for all the respondents, except Union of India.

He is now directed to serve even the Union of India through the Central Agency. Since the respondents are served, further directing the petitioners to pay the process fee to served respondents would not arise.

Petitioners are directed to file rejoinder affidavit, if any, in a week's time finally."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there are seven common Respondents in the matters abovementioned. Respondent No.1 is represented through Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of said Respondent so far. Respondent Nos. 2 & 5 are represented through Mr. B.V. Desai, Advocate but he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.2 only which has already been included in the paper books. Respondent No. 7 is represented through Mr. K. R. Sasiprabhu, Advocate and counter affidavit filed on behalf of said respondent has already been included in the paper books. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 & 6 and Respondent No.4 has been served through Central Agency as per Court's Order dated 18.01.2013 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavit affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by Respondent No.7 which has already been included in the paper books.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the Respondent No.7 has also filed reply in Interlocutory Application No.6 to the application for bringing on record subsequent events along with documents which was filed by counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the petitioner has also filed rejoinder affidavit to the reply filed by Respondent No.7 to the above said application and the documents have already been included in the paper books.

Service of notice is complete in both the matters.

Lastly, the matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th February, 2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Call the matters in the month of August, 2013 on a non-miscellaneous day for final disposal."

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
