Bombay, we find no ground to interfere with the said order. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, looking to the facts and feature of the case, we deem it fit and proper to grant one year's time from today to Petitioner to vacate the suit premises and hand over its peaceful vacant possession to Respondents immediately after expiry of the said period, subject to furnishing its usual undertaking in this Court within a period of four weeks from today.
