It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the matters have been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 08.10.2013, 09.10.2013 and 15.11.2013 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in W.A. No. 318/2013, W.A. No. 324/2013 and W.A. No. 367/2013 alongiwth applications for condonation of delay in filing of SLP (barred by time by 154, 153 and 116 days) and condonation of delay in refiling of SLP (barred by time by 43 days) respectively and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 38136/2013 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.01.2014 with connected matter, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 17.01.2014 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 2518/2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.02.2014 with connected matter, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 10.02.2014 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
