Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C) No. 26880/2014 of 2014 and Respondent No.6 in SLPNo.26881/2014are represented by Mr. B. V. Balaram Das and D. S. Mahra, Advocate respectively. A. D. Card duly signed by Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 6, 7 and 9 have been received in SLP (C) Nos. 26879/2014, Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 26880/2014 and Respondent Nos. 2 and 5 in SLP (C) No. 26881/14, but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 2,3,5,8 in SLP (C) No. 26879/14, Respondent Nos.2,3 in SLP (C) No. 26880/14 and Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 in SLP (C) No 26881/2014.
For completion of service of notice upon unserved respondent, the matter was listed before Court of Ld. Registrar from time to time and finally listed on 26.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"SLP(C) No. 26879-26881/2014
Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps in the respect of the respondent Nos.2,3,5 & 8 in SLP(C) No.26879/14, respondent
Nos.2 & 3 in SLP(C) No.26880/14 and respondent Nos.1,3 & 4 in SLP(C) No.26881/14 despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve Respondent Nos. 2, 3,5,8 in SLP (C) No. 26879/2014, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in SLP (C) No. 26880/2014 and Respondent Nos. 1,3 & 4 in SLP (C) No. 26881/2014 so far.
The default on the part of counsel for the petitioner is reported to Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report on default.
