UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the requisites after the period prescribed for such filing. The delay has been satisfactorily explained by the Ld.counsel. Therefore, the same is condoned, and, accordingly, notice shall be issued to the unserved respondents with utmost dispatch.

SLP(C) No. 26879-26881/2014

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent No.26 in SLP(C) No.26879/14 which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks cure the defects whatever have been found in the said application.

List the above matters again on 29.03.2016.
