UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 38136/2013

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.5 within a period of three weeks and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him and to the respondent Nos. 6,9,10,13 and 16 within the same period. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

SLP(C) No. 69/2014

The Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks and is given four weeks' time, as last chance to file the counter affidavit. The other served respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above.

Three weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos. 2,3,4,5,7 to 10, 12,16, 21 to 23, 26 and 28. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

SLP(C) No. 10855/2014

Mr. Abhijit Sen Gupta, Ld. Counsel has filed the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 but he has not filed the vakalatnama so far. The Ld. Counsel shall file the Vakalatnama within a period of four weeks failing which the Counter Affidavit filed by him shall be taken off the record. The other served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, in case they intend to do Item No.47 3
