Re-list on 15.05.2024 along with W.P. (Crl.) No.336/2018 titled "Radhika Agarwal v. Union Of India and Ors. and connected matters".

An advance copy of the writ petitions will be served on the Central Agency to enable learned counsel for the respondent(s) to obtain instructions.

We may not hear these writ petitions on 15.05.2024 due to paucity of time, but the petitioners will be bound by the orders passed. It will be open to the learned counsel for the petitioners to argue the matter.

The petitioners will join and cooperate with the investigation and they shall not be arrested till 15.05.2024. In case, the respondent(s) want to arrest the petitioners, they can move an appropriate application before this Court.
