concerned respondent(s).

These matters to remain on Board along with stated leading case (SLP(Crl.) No. 4634 of 2014).

As prayed, one week's time is granted to file reply affidavit, and thereafter, one week's time is granted to file rejoinder affidavit.

In the meantime, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner, until further orders, subject to the petitioner reporting to the Authorized Officer as and when called upon to do so in connection with pending enquiry, if any, and extend full cooperation in that regard.

Liberty is granted to the parties to apply for further directions.
