UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

According to the Office Report dated 02.07.2018, despite pointing out of the defects, the defects have not been cured.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted three weeks time to cure the defects, subject to his depositing Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), by way of costs, with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust. The costs be deposited within a period of two weeks from today.
In case the costs are not deposited and/or the defects are not cured within the time specified, the matter shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution, without further reference to the Court.
