The learned Advocate, Mr. Hari Shankar K. has undertaken to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.22 and 36. The learned Advocates, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.9, 14, 15, 18 and 33 have sought time for filing counter affidavit. Time is granted by the next date. Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.23 is already filed on record. Compliance of the above noted directions be made by the next date. In the meanwhile, Registry to submit a proper and comprehensive report regarding the status of the remaining respondents, as the record indicates in all there are 41 respondents.
