Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.
