The matters above mentioned have been filed on 20th , 23rd , 24th March and 10th April, 2017 respectively against the Impugned Judgment and Final Order dated 20th December, 2016 passed by the High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench at Madurai in Appeal Suit (MD)No. 63 of 2007, MP(MD)No. 1 of 2014 in AS No. 63 of 2007.

It is further submitted that SLP(C)CC...No. 8047 of 2017 is barred by time by 2 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Mr. G. Balaji, Counsel for the Petitioner (in SLP(C) No. 11253 of 2017) has on 20th April, 2017 filed an application for permission to file additional documents i.e Annexures P-15 to P-25 as a separate volume and the same is registered as Interlocutory Application No. 1. (Copy of the same is circulated to the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that the instant matters are arising out of same judgment.

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
