Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to issue the notice to unserved respondents in both matters by alternate mode of service i.e. by way of publication of notice in widely atu<del>re No</del>t Verifi 🐩 culated daily newspaper in Bengali language as well as in $\begin{bmatrix} 3.02.17 \ 3.02.17 \end{bmatrix}$ English language. The same be done positively within four weeks.
