Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to issue the notice to unserved respondents in both matters by alternate mode of service i.e. by way of publication of notice in widely atu<del>re No</del>t Verifi 🐩 culated daily newspaper in Bengali language as well as in $\begin{bmatrix} 3.02.17 \ 3.02.17 \end{bmatrix}$ English language. The same be done positively within four weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the petitioners are deliberately not serving the unserved respondents and are enjoying the benefit of the stay order.
