Floor of the building in question have been already demolished and 4th floor's demolition is going on.

Issue notice.

Petitioners are permitted to serve notice on the standing counsel for the State for Respondent Nos.2 to 10.

There will be stay of the operation of the order dated 17.02.2023 and 07.02.2023, as far as the petitioners are concerned and insofar as the demolition on the Ground, First, Second, Third and Fourth Floor of the building in question bearing No.3/1 Narkeldanga Main Road, Ward No.29 Kolkata 700011 (Mualana Abdul Kalam Azad Sarani).

The Registry will immediately communicate a copy of this order to the respondent No.2-The Kolkata Municipal Corporation and respondent No.9 The Officer in Charge Narkendanga Police Station, Kolkata forthwith.
