UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
M.A. No. 589/2024
We accept the prayer made by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nanded Region, Nanded, for extension of time for completion of the task in terms of the order passed by this Court on 29.01.2024. The period for completion shall stand extended by three months from the date a copy of this order is received by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nanded Region, Nanded. The interim restraint order will be treated as accordingly extended.
Recording the aforesaid, the application is disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
M.A. 590 and 591 of 2024.
We are not inclined to accept the prayer made in the present applications that the application/petition should be decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad.
