- 1 Issue notice.
- 2 Ms V Mohana, senior counsel appearing with Ms Manju Jetley, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent (Dr Sangamesh Patil A).
- 3 Counter affidavit shall be filed within a period of six weeks.
- 4 Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of four weeks thereafter.
