From the records, it could be seen that the impugned order $\mathbf{2}$ . passed by the High Court dated 16.02.2018 has been put in abevance. It is also informed that the trial is progressing. We are of the considered view that the issues will have to be decided only in the Trial Court.

In such view of the matter, the interim order granted by this 3. Court is extended till the disposal of the suit. Taking into consideration the pendency of Case No.358/2010 on the file of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gurgaon, the said court is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from today. 4. Further, we make it clear that the Trial Court shall dispose $\mathsf{gita} \mathsf{Ising}$ case without being influenced by any observations made by all $33:49$ the Courts below.
